Wall Traction and Passive Spinal Molding

Passive Spinal Molding - Chiropractor

I’m going to show you what we need to do here in our office in order to help you out with your neck pain. And one of those tools that we have is something called wall traction. It actually works to put the curve right back in the neck.
So I have chased to help me out here. And first thing when I’m going to have you do is turn this way. A lot of people, what happens is they lose the curve in the neck. There should be a really good curve just like this. Keeping that head right over the shoulders. But if people lose that curve through things like posture or car accidents, falls, sports injuries, then it can put abnormal pressure on all those nerves coming out, which can cause things like chronic neck pain.

So our wall traction wall is actually something that works to put that curve right back in. So we’re going to show you how it works. So chase, I’m going to have you slip into the wall. Traction unit, I promise, is not a noose, but it’s going to work on putting that curve right back in the neck. So this part goes right under, right behind the neck here.

I’m just going to fix that on your collar. So it’s more comfortable for him. And this one is already set for his height. So this part right at the chin level, he’s going to have a reverse grip. He has a nice wide stance, and what he’s going to do is lightly squat down. Working to put that curve right back in the neck.

Super, super cool. It’s called passive spinal molding works. To put that curve in the neck takes pressure off the nerves so that your neck muscles can function the way that they need to. So we hold it for a couple seconds. And then he comes right back up looking straight ahead, working to put that curve back in the neck.

This is our patient’s favorite part of care. It feels so good because we’re always in this position right here throughout the day, uh, at, at, at work, when we’re coming back home and we’re sitting in the recliner, when we’re driving to work, when we’re sleeping, we’re always in this position. This works to take that out and it’s just a great relief.

For neck pain relief. So my name is Dr. Ryan Carlson. Again, we’re actually doing a neck patient or a neck pain, new patients special. It’s just 40 bucks.
