Management needs to learn hospitality and be willing and able to maintain the property. Neither is the case with this place. Get a job, learn from the bottom up and quit ruining things from the top down. You are welcome.
– Sheets smelled of a woman’s perfume/body odor.
-Water all over the floor due to leaking window.
-Toilet wouldn’t flush was given cheap plunger which flung poop all over the place. (Maintenance should use a toilet snake).
Aside from all that it was a fine hotel.

We had a reservation at another hotel further north. After they gave our room away, I called here. The night shift host (I think his name was Camille) was super friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. Room and hotel was neat and spotlessly clean. Morning shift was super friendly too! Everybody loved our pup too! They turned an unpleasant experience into a great one! Thank you!

When we arrived we stood in the lobby with others for a long time waiting for anyone who worked there. No continental breakfast. We could get a burrito and warm it in our room or a $2 coupon for the restaurant down the street. The rooms were tiny but clean.

Wow! One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in for a while. It smells good. The tub was clean, has a drain plug if you want a hot soak after a day on the road. Staff was friendly. Great , fantastic, eggs at the breakfast bar. All around a wonderful hotel. I travel far too much not to appreciate a gem like this. Microwave /refrigerator/coffee maker in the room if it’s not listed on your app. They are having hotwater heaters replaced today but my hot shower last night was perfect. Adding this location to my list for my next pass through the area.

Pros: Super clean room, friendly staff, clean pool and jacuzzi, soft beds, and great breakfast options for a hungry family. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Cons: Only for our room I spotted a very small patch of black mold in the tub and one of the beds lifted clear off the floor when you sat on the edge of the bed. Both totally fixable. Small pickings to complain about in the long run.

So many things… upon check in, front desk clerk was rude. I was an hour early. I’m a Marriott and Hilton honors member and have never had issues checking in early. He pointed to the sign and said- 3:00. Okay, no problem. Upon checking in, we realized that our suite had no couch which was needed. I went to the front desk and indeed I should have had a couch. Man hands several blankets and pillows- no offer to help carry. I had to buy an inflatable bed. There was a whirlpool tub in the room that no one who has any relationship with clean would use. The trim around the tub was missing. The bathroom was dirty. My night ended with climbing in bed and realizing the floor was sticky. I had to use a wet wipe to remove the grime, hairs and dirt that stuck to my feet from the carpet. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

First the good: super comfy beds, great pillows, clean rooms, nice staff! Loved the complimentary coffee and seltzer water machines. Rooms are not big but layout is clever and every hotel room should have this many hooks. Lots of well-placed outlets, and decent reading lights. Nice showers with good water pressure and thoughtful ledges. Excellent blackout shades. Nice bright communal seating areas. Note: you need to request room cleanings at the desk.

Less great/ be advised: this particular hotel is in a construction zone and it’s hard to get in and out of onto a busy street. If you have loud neighbors or TVs you will hear them, more so in the bathroom. Ask for a room facing the back (empty field), away from the elevators, if you can. Room fridge is not very cold but you can supplement it with ice. Music is on quite loudly in the public areas.

The inexplicable: not being emailed a checkout total / invoice and finding it impossible to log into your account on the IHG site, even if you signed up for their rewards and got a confirmation email…I tried two different browsers, but when you click on “sign in”…nothing happens. I finally figured out that you can see your final bill using the IHG app, but what’s up with the website, and maybe they should warn you when you check in.

Just checked in and I love the design of this hotel. It’s def has a European feel… And I love that! Yes, the rooms are smaller than most American hotels but they’re super clean with premium bedding and a soothing color scheme. If I’m in my room, it’s usually just to chill out or sleep. Again, they remind me of all the hotels I’ve stayed in in the EU. Front desk was friendly and check-in was a breeze. I love, too, that it’s got that “new” feel and smell. Can’t wait to try breakfast tomorrow. And I’m really looking forward to the bean to cup coffee in the lobby…It has to be Soo much better than that nasty stuff the usually put in the rooms. So yes! It’s def stay here again and recommend it to you, too!

Stayed for 3 days over the weekend and loved our stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, has a very generous complimentary breakfast, gym, pool, and on-site laundry. The front desk service was extremely friendly and helpful oh and it’s bentonville, so they are very mountain bike friendly. They did not seem to mind me rolling my muddy mountain into the lobby and to the room. The one thing that needs attention was the shower water pressure was extremely weak (Rm. 331) so it made showers take a bit longer. Other than that, had a great stay here.

I cannot even begin to explain how great of an experience staying here was. The hotel was spotless & clean. What stood out to me the most was the true southern hospitality that came through from the staff who went above & beyond every chance they got! Specifically Carla & Britney at the front desk. Words cannot adequately express my appreciation for those two lovely ladies! Also Ms. Ariel who stepped up to bartend an event at the hotel. Ariel, Carla, and Britney are three great faces representing the company.

We used this hotel to ease our trip to XNA and back. The trip would be extra long to have done it in one day for us. It was exactly what we needed. We did not eat breakfast at this hotel because the price was too much so we went elsewhere. The room was great and comfortable, clean and refreshing.

My stay has been great. When I needed something it was taken care of immediately. With so many dogs here it is amazing that it does not smell. My mattress is possibly new and wonderful. My house keeper, Amanda is awesome. I’m happy with my choice of staying here for my long term needs.

Everything was great and super comfy. The only drawback was that the shower was extremely slippery. Exercise caution. The TVs are small. Both the area has plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. And this location seems quieter than the Hilton Home to Suites one exit away. I would definitely return here.

This hotel has a convenient location just off Interstate 49, with restaurants and other shops all around. Check in was fast. Our 2nd story suite had a living room and kitchenette with a small bedroom with bathroom on either side. Pretty nice digs for parents traveling with a 16-year-old. Everything was clean and functional. The breakfast buffet offered each day is decent, with a variety of fruits, pastries, breakfast meats, plus things like a waffle iron. The exercise room is open from 6am; it’s small but things work, and it’s kept clean. There’s even a heated pool but we didn’t use it. We would stay at this location again, especially if we could get the same suite set up.

Very attentive ownership and management. My room is apparently a weak area for WiFi, but management was very quick to offer assistance and express their concern. Their concern and willingness to verify the problem is most certainly appreciated. The location of these Suites are very impressive; numerous eating opportunities nearby, and the site itself is just off a main road; quiet and I had a lovely walk this afternoon.

This place is poorly managed. The laundry machine will not work, but no one is available to help. The remodel is super weird, and now you have to lug your suitcases across the old ballroom. The bartender quit, so there is no bar. There are no coke products, and only one Pepsi product is available. There is no caffeinated tea available, either. No tissue for the bathrooms. It feels as though management can not afford to keep this place stocked and running. It is quite depressing, really.

Our room was very clean and it was quiet the one night we stayed. We brought our pup and the back area of the hotel has a great area for walking them. Our dog is reactive to other dogs and this was our first time bringing him to a hotel. We encountered a few other guests with dogs outside but there is enough room that we were able to distance our dog from the others.

We also got a late checkout so we could visit the art museum, and didn’t have any problems with that request.

This is the best hotel it’s ever been my pleasure to stay in! Violet, who works the front desk is the most awesome person! She is friendly and helpful. We arrived early and at first didn’t have a room ready. We waited in our rig maybe thirty minutes and Violet called us and told us our room was ready. There’s nothing better than having someone like her to assist with anything that you might need! This hotel is a bit pricey but well worth every penny. They even had a hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon along with fruit and muffins! The pool and hot tub is wonderful too and ready to use! So, do yourself a favor and give Violet a visit at the La Quinta Inn in Bentonville you won’t be disappointed!

Our family stayed here for 4 nights while getting moved into our new home. We accidentally left a very valuable item behind. They went the extra mile for a day and a half, finally finding a cell number (not the main #on file) to get a hold of us and let us know we’d left it behind. They held it for us until we were able to go back and pick it up. They have no idea how devastated we would have been had we not gotten it back and in tact. Biggest hidden Jewel in Arkansas guaranteed. Myself and five others …six separate rooms all agree..
This is this the cleanest and most accommodating hotel
in our many travels in the past months. Lacey the manager is an amazing woman!! Looks like Beverly D’Angelo ((seriously)…the breakfast is awesome!!! The beds are comfy believe me if you’re ever in Bentonville Arkansas don’t go anywhere else but the Comfort suites

The employees were very nice. Hot breakfast is back. It was simple but good. Scrambled Eggs, eggs with ham, sausage patties, country potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Rooms are decent. Could do a few things, but location and price are nice.

We enjoyed it here very much. Honestly the only thing there was an issue with was there was animal here everywhere. Cleaning lady should definitely not forget to clean the curtains as that is where there was a lot of here and the fold out sofa there is a lot of hair. Other than that this place was great service was awesome and very nice. Nice gym nice swimming pool kids loved it.
Breakfast was pretty good. We even made some friends with some staff members there. Next time we go we will be staying here again hopefully they clean the hair more.

We got in early to set up for my sons birthday party.
They gave us room 315 but there was maintenance doing something in that room so I had to call the front desk.
They apologized about that and gave us room 102.
That room was ready so we were able to get into the room and start decorating.

Absolutely horrible. The AC won’t turn on… they control it not you. Therefore the room is never cooled off. The walls between rooms are super super thin. Our neighbors were loud and woke us up. No noise to help wash it out. Don’t go here.

First time at a microtel. This location in Bentonville was fantastic! The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was extremely clean and our rooms were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this location and will be back!!

Door to my room was broken….the latch to lock it would not latch. Reported it but the lady said it was fine. Temp in the rooms were regulated meaning no matter what you put it on, the hotel controlled it. As a group, we had 12 rooms, the temp issue existed in all of these rooms. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed here this weekend with a group for a basketball tournament. The hotel was undergoing renovations, however the staff was amazing! We received goody bags upon arrival, the manager helped our kids with their laundry & continually checked on us to make sure all was well. 5 star service hands down!

My husband and I are in-between homes and needed a comfortable middle ground and apartment-like setting to support us before we find a new home. The Candlewood Suites are amazing! Our suite had a fully stocked kitchenette, super comfortable king bed, a spacious bathroom, large living room and very reliable WIFI – as I’ve been working remotely. Other perks include free washer/dryer, free use of two gas grills, and a specific area for dogs outside – we have 2 (and they offer doggy bags). In total, our stay was 3 weeks in this location and we could NOT have been happier with the location and amenities. In addition to a wonderfully, comfortable room – we’ve received outstanding service from the front desk staff – they greet us as we come and go, provide anything we need, are incredibly kind and also have dog treats on-hand. 🙂 If you’re looking for the comforts of home – please don’t hesitate to stay in the Candlewood Suites, we HIGHLY recommend it.

Very Dirty, looked to me like it had never had carpeting cleaned, smelled in the hallways horribly and in the rooms as well. They told me that the dishes in the dishwasher had been “sanitized” but the first utensil I pulled out was dirty with caked on food – GROSS! We tried to stay away all day and only come back to sleep it was so bad. I would say try somewhere else. Even though the location is pretty good, the hotel is substandard at best.

Hotel amenities are great. My problem is that I stay in hotels over 250 nights per year on average over the past 12 years or so. I do not eat fast food anymore because I’m tired of it. I always bring my grill with me and cook dinner on the grill, however, the young lady at the front desk informed me that I could not use my grill anywhere on the hotel property. I had planned on going all the way to the corner of the parking lot as far from the building as possible. NOPE!!! And….no reason why was given. Never in 12 years have I not been able to use the grill at a property with this much room on the property.

Absolutely disgusting. Stains on the walls and bathroom tub. The hotel is doing renovations so the front of the hotel is tapped off. You have to entered from the back. Also didn’t know they allowed smoking in the rooms. Just nasty. Shouldn’t be labeled a Marriott at all.

We specifically booked this hotel because we have had good experiences at Fairfield’s in the past AND because we needed a pool for our kids. When we arrived there was a sign saying the pool was closed. I feel like that is something that should be posted or announced when you book! The only thing they could do for us was cancel the booking but it was 9:30pm and we had just driven 12 hours! So we decided to stay out of exhaustion. When we got to our room it only had one bed even though we had booked a 4 person room! So back to the front desk my kids and I all went. They gave us a different room with two beds, and when we got to the room it smelled like smoke! We were so frustrated we just stayed. But we are very disappointed with the whole experience.

Really enjoyed our night here. It was quiet, (despite being Labor Day and the first hogs game of the season). Friendly staff, nice, modern and spacious rooms. My only complaint is that a lot of the outlets didn’t work and the A/C leaked. Would definitely stay here again. Front desk staff is very helpful

We stayed at this Comfort Inn on October 24, 2021. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well stocked. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hot breakfast was good (for pre-cooked food) and had a good selection. The bed was amazingly comfortable! I would highly recommend this Comfort Inn. Did I mention how comfortable the bed was? We got the best night’s sleep!

Great hotel. Was under construction on the floor we were in, but never heard any noise going on. Every staff I came across was super friendly and helpful. Not a full blow out breakfast bar, but I appreciate that they had some kind of breakfast options and also a small store you could purchase snacks and drinks. Especially when we came in at 2am and we’re hungry. Loved that they had instant noodles to buy and snacks. Would definitely stay again. Indoor pool a plus.

An artfully done eclectic hotel with great staff. The constuction is simple so the focus remains on the art. We came with a medium size group and the hotel offered ample meeting space and its centrally located. There’s a cute little restaurant called Hive located on the premise. But the best part or our stay were the green penguins that mysteriously moved around the property. I was thrilled to see one near my room after a long day or site seeing. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved my stay at 21c just 2 things I would love for them to make better.
1st Shower pressure just doesn’t have more pressure. Perhaps a better shower head?
2nd The restaurant closing at 9pm was such a disappointment we attended an event there but didn’t have anywhere to eat dinner after it without leaving the restaurant.

Cool funky little hotel in the downtown area
Very diversity friendly
Really nice people
Really big rooms
An amazing art gallery associated with it downstairs, in the rooms, in the hallways in the elevators and generally everywhere you look…
A lot of which is by local artists..

A really nice place to stay particularly if you like art and want to see some of the local scene.

The art throughout the building is really neat and it adds to the calming feel of the establishment

Only thing the exhibits was closed and car with coins are not there guess restoration.

I have been very impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff at Deep Roots Chiropractic Health care is. After a thorough exam, they fully explained the treatment plan in easy to understand language and I am pleased to say that with their help, I am making progress towards relief from the sciatic nerve pain that I have been experiencing over the past several years.
